Who We Are

Antigonish Education Centre (AEC) is a large, modern grade Primary-4 school that serves all of the Antigonish town and various parts of the Antigonish County. There are approximately 500 students in the school, divided among 4 or 5 classes for each grade level. The school offers both French immersion and English programming.

AEC is about a 15 minute walk from campus. From Nicholson Hall, walk along the campus street that leads to Main Street. With St. Ninian’s Cathedral on your left, turn left onto St. Ninian Street. Continue on St. Ninian Street to the second pedestrian crosswalk. The beginning of Highland Drive will be across the street on your right. Walk along Highland Drive for about 15 minutes until you see two large brick schools. AEC is the building on the left.
