Students to help with set up and strike and running of Halloween Party with L'Arche community.
Costumes are encouraged, but please do not wear inappropriate/revealing costumes, including costumes that appropriate someone's culture.

Students will arrive at 4:00pm at Abelard House (4 West Street, corner of Highland Drive and West). Students will help with decorations and then attend the party with L'Arche members.
The party will end at 8:30pm sharp as the core members go back to their houses to prepare for bed time.
MANDATORY: Students must first meet with Student Leader, Kaylee Cox in front of L'Arche (Abelard House) for attendance, before entering the event.
Expectations of Service Learning Students:
- Students must arrive on time.
- Students must dress appropriately. (No inappropriate amount of skin or inappropriate slogans) Appropriate footwear is also required.
- “No scents is good sense”. Please do not wear scented products to your placement.
- Electronic devices are not permitted for personal use while working at your placement.
- If you are sick and contagious, please STAY HOME.
- Please contact your site supervisor and your Student Leader of any and all absences.
Registration for one-time events begins Wednesday Sept 13th at noon and the deadline is Wednesday Sept 20th at noon.
