Students will help to set up and strike the event, serve food, run games, and interact with the children attending the party.
Costumes are encouraged, but please do not wear inappropriate/revealing costumes, including costumes that appropriate culture.

MANDATORY: Students must first meet with Student Leader, Kaylee Cox in front of Dennis Hall (Coady) for attendance, before entering the event.
Expectations of Service Learning Students:
- Students must arrive on time.
- Students must dress appropriately. (No inappropriate amount of skin or inappropriate slogans) Appropriate footwear is also required.
- “No scents is good sense”. Please do not wear scented products to your placement.
- Electronic devices are not permitted for personal use while working at your placement.
- If you are sick and contagious, please STAY HOME.
- Please contact your site supervisor and your Student Leader of any and all absences.
Registration for one-time events begins Wednesday Sept 13th at noon and the deadline is Wednesday Sept 20th at noon.
